Q: Can you charge back to my company?
A: Absolutely, but it will be necessary to arrange for chargeback authority before your stay. (Policies)

Q: Do you have wireless internet facilities?
A: Yes for a small charge we can provide you with wireless internet in the convenience of your own room.

Q: What parking is provided?
A: On site off street parking is adjacent to all suites and units with three under cover parks. This parking is for guests only. If parking is required for two vehicles or for trailers please contact us to make arrangements.

Q: Is an additional night avaliable if I need it?
A: If we have a room avaliable to suit your needs.

Q: What conference / meeting room facilities do you have?

A: We have full laundry services, and laundry powder can be purchased from reception.
